Meat Processing
- Standard packaging:
- 5 lb vacuum-sealed packages
- Custom packaging options (additional cost):
- 1 lb vacuum-sealed packages
- 2 lb vacuum-sealed packages
- Clean, inspected facility
- Proper cold storage and handling
Hide Processing Options
- Belly skinning $25 per foot
- Trophy / hornback skinning $30 per foot
Hide Handling & Customer Responsibility
- Hides are:
- Fleshed and salted by our facility
- Customer is responsible for:
- Transporting the hide to the tannery or taxidermist of their choice
- We do not tan or mount hides on-site
Compliance & Licensing
- Facility registered and compliant with:
- Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC)
- USDA
- All processing is conducted according to applicable regulations
