Kyle and Carmen Reagan are Lake Placid natives who grew up in the same community, attending school together before continuing their education at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. After completing their studies, they returned home to plant their roots in the place that helped raise them.

Parker Island Gator Farm was originally established in 1990 by Joe and Genie Tillman. In 2025, Kyle and Carmen purchased the farm with a clear mission — to rebuild, refresh, and carry forward the legacy that had already been built through years of hard work and dedication.

Today, quality guides every part of our operation. From hands-on care and responsible practices to how our alligators are raised and processed, we hold each step to high standards. Our focus is simple: provide premium, Florida farm-raised alligator meat and services with consistency, integrity, and respect for the land.
